Her professional roots trace back to 2003 during high school, when she leveraged a Regional Occupation Program (ROP) in Cosmetology to kickstart her career. But Ashlee didn’t stop there. With a relentless pursuit for knowledge, she has invested over $100,000 in continuing her education, traveling to major fashion cities globally and studying at top industry academies and independent educational sources. Her commitment to learning is further highlighted by her achievement of a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Fashion Merchandising in 2014, all while working full-time.
Ashlee’s career took a pivotal turn in 2007 when she became a Bumble and bumble Network Educator in a Los Angeles salon. This role marked the beginning of her path as an educator, leading her to become an Independent Educator in 2015. Ashlee now travels internationally to teach, collaborating with prestigious brands like Schwarzkopf Professional and K18 Hair. Annually, she teaches 30-45 classes in 15-20 cities, shaping the skills of hairstylists worldwide.
